Terms and conditions of sale
Preamble
ANGE Eshop Pro is an online sales site dedicated to professionals. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products and services offered on the ange-eshop-pro.com website.
All orders placed on the site imply the buyer's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Article 1 - Definitions
In these GTC, the following terms are defined as follows:
"Catalog" : All products offered for sale by ANGE Eshop Pro. The presence of a product in a photograph does not necessarily guarantee its availability online.
"Customer" : Any legal entity or individual entrepreneur purchasing products as part of their professional activity.
"Member" : Any professional who has accepted these GTC and registered on the site to benefit from ANGE Eshop Pro offers.
"ANGE" : DADIER, SARL Unipersonnelle with capital of €486,850, headquartered at 15, rue du Caire, 75002 Paris, France, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number B 482 113 982.
"Product" : Any item offered for sale on the site and intended for professionals.

"Service Retour" : Department in charge of returns, at the following address:
Service Retour ANGE Eshop Pro - DADIER, 9 rue Joseph et Etienne Montgolfier, 93110 Rosny-sous-Bois, France.
"Site" : The electronic platform ange-eshop-pro.com.
"Offer Area" : Country where ANGE Eshop Pro delivers its products.
Article 2 - Purpose
2.1 These GCS govern the distance selling of products to professionals via the Site.
2.2 They apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those in force in physical stores.
2.3 All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2.4 ANGE Eshop Pro may modify its GCS at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the date of the order.
Article 3 - Sale of products
3.1 Product offers are valid as long as they are displayed online and in stock.
3.2 ANGE Eshop Pro reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of :
- Out of stock
- Abnormally high order
- Current payment dispute
- Suspected fraud
Notification will be sent to the customer in the event of cancellation.
Article 4 - Customer account
4.1 Purchasing on the Site requires the creation of a professional account.
4.2 The Customer must provide accurate information:
- Company name
- SIRET number
- Billing and delivery address
- Contact e-mail and telephone
4.3 The Customer is solely responsible for his account and the confidentiality of his identifiers.
4.4 ANGE Eshop Pro may suspend an account in the event of non-compliance with the GCS or unpaid invoices.
Article 5 - Ordering
5.1 - Ordering process
All orders are processed in the following stages:
- Select products and add to basket.
- Validation of basket and connection to customer account.
- Enter delivery and billing information.
- Choice of payment method and final validation.
5.2 - Order confirmation
After validation, the Customer receives a confirmation e-mail containing a summary of the order.
Article 6 - Price and payment
6.1 - Prices
Prices are quoted in euros (€) excluding VAT. The applicable VAT will be added when the order is finalized.
6.2 - Payment methods
Customers can pay for their orders via :
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank transfer
6.3 - Late payment
Any delay in payment will result in the application of interest on arrears at a rate of 10% per annum, as well as a fixed indemnity of €40 for collection costs.
Article 7 - Delivery
7.1 - Delivery times and costs
Delivery times vary according to destination and are specified when the order is placed.
7.2 - Receipt of products
The customer must check the goods on receipt and report any anomaly within 48 hours.
Article 8 - Right of withdrawal and returns
8.1 - No right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, professionals do not benefit from the right of withdrawal applicable to consumers.
8.2 - Return of defective products
In the event of a defective product, the customer has 7 days after receipt to request a return via Customer Service.
Article 9 - Warranties and liability
9.1 - Legal warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
