What are the delivery methods, times and prices?
We ship within France and internationally. We offer you the best selection of shipping options available on the market:
- Pickup at a Colissimo pickup location - pickup locations in France(Free in France)
- Home delivery via Colissimo in France and internationally(Free for purchases of €90 or more in France)
- Express shipping with Chronopost in France and internationally(France and international)
- Express Shipping with DHL (International)
For countries subject to customs duties, please be advised that the carrier will charge you an additional customs fee directly upon delivery of your package.
Your order is processed as soon as it is confirmed, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are prepared daily before 1:00 p.m. After this time, orders will be processed the following day (if it is a business day). Please note that the processing time may be extended during sales or other promotional periods. After placing an order, you can track its processing status in the “Order” section of the “My Account” area.
How can I change a delivery address after placing an order?
You can change the shipping address only if your order has not been confirmed and its status is "Payment Accepted." To request a change, contact customer service through the "Contact Us" section and provide us with the correct address, or update your address directly in your account.
Once your order is being processed, we will no longer be able to make any changes to it.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the link in the "My Orders" section or by clicking the link provided in your shipping email. If you have a guest account, you can track your order using the tracking email or by clicking "here."
Can I collect my order in store?
Order your items online and pick them up at the showroom. Delivery is free with Click & Collect. Shop online and pick up your items between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and on Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Why haven't I received my package?
To track your package, please have your tracking number handy—which is listed in the shipping confirmation email or in your account—and enter it on the website of the selected carrier. If no information is available, contact customer service via the “Contact Us” section. You can also contact the carrier directly, as they will be better able to provide you with an answer (this is recommended). Please keep in mind that we use a carrier (such as Colissimo) to ship your orders, and that delivery times and any resulting delays are not within our control but depend on any disruptions the carriers may encounter.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received anything, please contact us by sending us a sworn statement confirming that you did not receive your order and a copy of your ID so that we can investigate. This information is required by the carriers to best handle these requests.
