What are the return conditions?

To return an item or items, go to your account and select "My Orders."

Go to the order details for the order you wish to return. In this section, you can select the applicable product(s) and specify the reason for your return.

After you place your order, our team will manually review your request.

Once your return request has been manually approved by our team (approval takes one business day), we will send you a return label via email (for France).

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your package to submit a return request and send your return to us. If, after 14 days, we have not received your return or heard from you, we will refuse your return and you will not be refunded.

Returned items must be in perfect condition; they must not have been worn or washed. Returned items must be carefully folded and placed in their original packaging with the tags still attached, along with the invoice and the return form.

A return label will be emailed to you for orders in France that do not include sale items.

For orders outside France that include one or more sale items, returns should be sent to the following address:

What documents are required?

You must include your purchase invoice in your return package.

Are exchanges possible?

You cannot exchange your item directly. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or a different color, we invite you to make a return request via your account under "My orders" following the procedure mentioned above and to recreate an order for the item you wish to have instead.

How and when can I get my money back?

Once we receive your return, you will be refunded within 30 days of your return request. If certain items are not eligible under our return policy, they will be returned to the original shipping address. Please note that you must include your invoice and the return form you generated in your return package. If you are unable to print these documents, you must write us a letter including your order number, your first and last name, and the reason for your return.

How should I pack my return?

After printing your return form, please pack the items you are returning in their original packaging and include the completed return form and your invoice.Returned items must be in perfect condition; they must not have been worn or washed. Returned items must be folded carefully and placed in their original packaging with the tags still attached. 

Are the shipping costs of my order reimbursed following a return?

Shipping costs will not be refunded if you return all or part of your order. You are responsible for shipping costs unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective. 

Do I have to pay for returns?

You are responsible for return shipping costs if your order was placed outside of France and/or if the item(s) are on sale. If there is an error with your order or if the product is defective, please contact us.

Orders in France that contain one or more non-sale items are eligible for free returns.

What should I do if the product I received is defective or if I received the wrong item?

Contact customer service through the “Contact Us” section. Please send us a photo of the defect directly. After we receive and review your email, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. You must indicate whether you’d like a refund or a replacement on the return form, which you’ll have completed in advance in your account. If the item is out of stock, we’ll refund the purchase price. If you don’t specify a preference, we’ll issue a refund.
